Wear your shoes at the gym

Hey fellow gym-goers, let's have a quick reality check for a sec!

We all love hitting the gym, but here's a friendly reminder: when you walk into the gym, it's not exactly your cozy living room. So, keep those shoes on for squats – trust me, it's for the best.

Why, you ask?

Firstly, because we're not at home, and secondly, let's be real – have you really taken a good look at your feet lately? It's all about gym etiquette, and trust me, it's a smart move to keep those shoes on. Happy and considerate gymming, everyone! 🏋️‍♂️👟

tHE solutions:

  1. wear a flat shoe - if you can’t afford lifting shoes then vans, converse and anything else with a flat sole (zero drop) WORKS very WELL

  2. you can achieve the same effect by putting a couple of 2.5lb or 5lb plates underneath the front of your feet. THIS REDUCES THE ANGLE SO YOU CAN GET YOUR DESIRED EFFECT.

  3. FORGET ABOUT ANY OF THIS BECAUSE IF YOU AREN’T GOING FOR RECORDS - READ POWER LIFTERS OR OLYMPIC ATHLETES - YOU ARE OVERCOMPLICATING THE PROCESS AND ARE FOCUSING YOUR ATTENTION TO NEEDLESS ASPECTS OF WORKING OUT.

Conclusion - Simplify your life and wear your shoes
